Train the Trainer

A certification pathway for people who can play but have never been taught to coach. You learn how to run a session, spot a fault, and give feedback a player can actually act on — then prove it on video before you move up.

Player Development

A structured technique curriculum for cricketers who want more than net sessions. Each level builds on the last, and you submit your own video to move up — marked by a coach, not a checkbox.

How the programme works

Four levels, in order

Each pathway runs A through D. You finish a level to unlock the next one — no skipping to the interesting part. One subscription covers a whole track.

Taught on video, by working coaches

Lessons are recorded by VB Pase’s coaching staff — the people doing this daily, not a studio presenter. Each lesson pairs video with written notes and audio.

Assessed on your own video

Levels are assessed by submitting your own footage. It is reviewed inside the same SKrutin analysis workspace coaches use for their academy players, and comes back as a proper coaching report — annotated, not a grade.

A certificate that can be checked

Finish a level and the certificate carries a public verification link. An academy or employer can confirm it without taking your word for it.
